I agree, great area, cost of living is reasonable too. Depending on where you live, property taxes can be real low too.

Thanks guys, I do know Laura, She would be the one to contact for the lake norman, huntersville area. My house is in between lake norman and lake wylie, which is about 20-30 miles either way. Sounds like a lot, but direct access down the interstates. Thanks for all the attempts, please keep trying.
