It's going on the market in the next couple of weeks, so no listing. Current market is 399k-415k for the house. I will sell it for 350k right now. Pm or call and I can give out the particulars. Thanks for any help. Family went from 4 to 6 about a year and a half ago and its been tough ever since. BTW the house is ready whenever someone wants it, could close tomorrow, I'll throw in the attorney fee too, if someone wants to use my attorney. Again, thanks for any help. Bill Briggs--980-721-7272
