Panther: I would suggest a anchor shade...it comes down and can be stowed away easy....just in case gas prices go down. On can only hope :rolleyes:

We did buy a dinghy this past fall and have one of those already....I honestly didn't think we'd use it more than the Apache.

If you guys have to cry about the price of gas then just sell yours boats and sit on the beach.

It would be un-American if we didn't cry about it.

Funny coming from someone with eggbeaters.

$3.46 on the road here this morning. That will put 89 octane at our local marine at $4.06.

The Sea-Ray plants here on Meriit Island HAD a total workforce of ~1200 employees, they just laid off 350 employees, :( and are closing one of the plants. Anyone who doesn't think the $ of fuel is going to effect our favorite recreation, is fooling themselves. We will still go boating, probobly more in the Seadoo, and less in the Nordic.

I need to get down to my marina and fuel up! I just pulled up their web site and they have unleaded listed at $3.39.
