26... still flying under the family's Baja flag.

I haven't had the need to buy my own (of course I have had the want to)- family owns the 275 and it is in the backyard of their house on the water. I've got graduate school to worry about.

I take care of all maintenance (every weekend with the use it gets) and gas when out with the friends. I'd love to buy but I refuse to trailer - I want it on the water and ready to go or not at all. Prices for storage around here are up there and I see so many people who keep their boats in storage and then use them maybe once a month. I need to be out every weekend on a boat I can!

I'm saving - My #1 priority is to be in a waterfront residence ASAP but Naples/Bonita is a bit pricey. Desirable waterfront is still astronomical even in a down market. Then comes MY boat!

What's rack storage prices for boats our size down there? $2400/yr for me on LKN with the trailer.

Well I'm 29 and been boating sence I was born. Bought my frist boat at 21. A 1995 24 Reinell with a 454. Then a 2000 272 Baja with a 502mpi. Now a 2002 Nordic Heat with a whippled 496HO. Been running my own boats for 8 years. But my father brought us up on it sence day one
