I'm sure its a super nice boat, but if its run 115, its got more than 850 per side.:drink::drink:

Jassman is pretty much spot on regarding the handling. I never noticed a porpois on mine, but depending on conditions it does like a little tab every now and then. IMO the 37 OL is one of the best hulls out there. It's almost weird how the boat manages to be quick and responsive but also a wave crusher. You don't need to "drive" it as much as with some of the multi-step hulls. Mine will do 82 with bone stock HP 500s, AC and a generator.

I say stick with a twin boat, don't be afraid of bravos as long as you get mild power. One of my requirements was stock merc power. Sure, 6's are great but many of the #6 boats have custom big blower motors. Depends what you're looking for I guess.

Some of the 37's had really wild paint and interior colors that 10 years later just looks outdated. That was my biggest hurdle before I found my boat, I wanted simple paint and white interior. Good luck, if you pull the trigger on an OL you won't be disappointed.

Raymond's boat is a GTX model vs the stilletto version.

Correct and it does only have 850 Merc's and runs 115.

So does a 46! The 37 is an old school single step bottom but runs great. A stock SV43 with 700's runs 118!! It doesnt get much better or faster than that!

My 37 was set up with 1100 Quads with dry sump 6s. It may not have been the latest and greatest bottom design but it was an absolute blast to drive. I put about 300 hours on that hull in some of the roughest water on Lake Michigan. The hull still looked fantastic. Actually wish that I would have kept the boat but I did not need 2 offshore boats.
