I use progressive, good rates and no problems. Mine is about $800.00 a year on a 2000 26 Carrera cat.

Insurance
I had State Farm for my business a few years ago and had a problem and they tried to back out of the claim. Said I hadn't been truthful about what my business was. Evidently the agent hadn't given them the same application I had filled out and had a copy of she had signed. Good thing I had saved the original. Chris

State Farm insures my boat. It's not a performance boat. It has a place to sleep, a stand-up shower with hot and cold water, a flushing toilet, a micro-wave, air conditioning, DVD player with flat screen TV, genset, etc, ect.
I think the agent can have a lot of pull with the underwriter. |
