Nor tec was traded in,and cash diff was payed to customer.
Nor tec - had clear titles
OCM payed 30 k deposite to bld new boat
OCM has checked on clear titles with customers bank,and provided new MSO on new boat to customers bank.
the boat is late ! I do not work for the factory

Folks I remember at least 3 other threads on various sites that have shook out this same way regarding Tim / OCM. This is not one deal gone wrong type of thing.

The lien wasn't physically placed on the title but doesn't negate the fact that there is a lien. It becomes complicated legally because it becomes a he said she said game. OCM knew there was a lien from day one regardless of what he is saying now to cover his azz.
