Default New OSO S. Florida Clubhouse?

22K sq ft (total), 10 bed/12 bath, 10 acres on the water. Boat house w/2 lifts, 15 car garage, 2 guest houses.....and for all those salt water crybabies it is 2 miles from 100% freshwater boating! For the east coast vs. west coast it is on the St Lucie River which connects the Atlantic Ocean with the Gulf of Mexico so you can boat in both destinations!

Current owner built the place, he is an Amway rep!

53K is a steal for that place....50K tax bills are pretty ordinary in this area (on multimillion dollar waterfront stuff).

Just as a comparison, Tiger Woods pays 900K a year in property taxes, Celion Dion pays 350K a year on her place (it is for sale: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWOjHd4T3EU ). Put this house even 10 miles south and the tax bill would easily double, go 70 miles south to Ft Lauderdale and it would triple if not quadruple!

Yeah, the 90's called and they want their teal carpet and mauve couches back! Like some of the Apache's listed!

I suspect lack of kitchen/bath pics means the place is 1990 original! 25 yrs old is harsh on contemporary homes......that place has redevelopment written all over it! Cut it into 5- 2 acre lots or 4- 2.5 acre lots and build new stuff. It is 10+ miles from the inlet which hurts the value for sure.....it has some no wake but it isn't all no wake.

Mosquito farm might get you a tax break. could also double as a test tank for repowers and tuning.

I have a neighbor who is clinging to that look to this day, hair and all. I hear Journey in my head every time I see her.

The guy that used to detail my cars was stuck in time also........bleached tips hair, headband and wristbands with a wife beater and baggy sweat pants! Looked like Deney Terrio!

He was a funny guy but you just had to laugh when you saw him show up!

That could be filled with brackish water from the river.....meaning no mosquitoes!
