OK thanks I have not seen reports in the past 2 years done from SAMs Surveyors. I was not asking for me to come to you but really wanted to see the mech side of the report itself. Also I had no purpose or intent to down grade anything. I am glad you had a trained tech look at it. Really basically that was my point to. I was looking for a great excuse to go visit NY and I have free flights all the time so the expense is no big deal. Enjoy your new boat. I do know a tech that went out on his own located around the Great Sacandaga lake - he does a little bit of business with me. He seems to be pretty darn sharp about marine engines and is factory trained withMerc & Mercruiser.
I would let him work on my stuff if I EVER had to. Just saying because not many I would want to work on my stuff if I ever had to.

I wouldn't have had any issues with using you for an inspection you seem to have a great rep on here. The boat was pulled out of storage Saturday and I had to have the bank paperwork finished Wednesday. It was already a struggle to get someone to do it that quickly.
Hopefully I enjoy this as much or more than I did my Donzi.
