Based on the description of that pleasant woman and her son, I think an upstanding promoter or race team would treat her to the VIP treatment. (Parking, pit passes, Swag, Etc)

We need more fans like that, who truly have the excitement and awe for the sport we all have grown to love.

It sounds like she still has the enthusiasm of a wide eyed young child seeing these machines for the first time. Glad to hear there are still people like that

I forgot to add, if she's been attending races since the 70's then she's more then "payed" for a VIP or similar experience. It would be a nice "Thank you" for your support over the years.

Besides I know a lot of us really appreciate a "buy back" or On Me from the bartender every once in a while.
