Ha, yeah! That's one area where the old "local knowledge only" seriously applies. And it's not all sand there either. There is a huge flat of boulder bottom that extends from about where Rusty Pelican is out probably 1/8 mile. It'll go from 8 feet to 8 inches and all rock in no time.
