you guys are too funny!! 
I must say, my wife is pretty quick getting ready for boating. She holds off on the makeup and knows better to do anything with her beautiful long brown hair except twisting it up or around one way or nother. 15 - 20 minutes!
Now, if we are going OUT.....forgetabowdit! We are talking one hour 15 - 20 minutes. But, its always worth the wait!

I had a girlfriend once that when we came home to have sex would spend 45 minutes putting on makeup and then come in and turn the lights out. After a while I couldn't take it anymore. Would have been OK if we could see anything.

Seems like a no brainer to me. Simple solution to a simple problem. It's easier to get those hard to reach spots with a partner too.
