Alright Boys and girls, heres the official scoop.
2 runs on Saturday
one for boats that are capable of running 85-100 mph
one for boats that run 70-85
REMEMBER: THIS IS NOT A RACE ...BUT A FAST DEMO
Now the fun part, We need 2 or 3 boats for each class to fill out this show.
Poker run rules are in effect
Must have proof of insurance
jackets, helmets, and kill switches required
No Drinking until after the run
Mandatory drivers meeting 12:00 on Sat.
There will be a cocktail party for all who are participating on Fri evening at the Shoreline Rest.
Slower boats will run @1:00 pm Sat. aprox 5 laps- 20-25 miles
Faster boats will run @2:30 pm Sat aprox 10 laps- 40 to 50 miles
We will have a gathering at the King Neptune Lounge after all is done for the day and party the night away
Sunday there will be a radar run FREE of charge @1;00 PM and is open to all. 35 boat limit
Boat will be clocked thru a speed trap going between 50 -75 mph and you have to guess your exact speed going thru the trap. The winner gets a $100.00 cash prize, with several other gift certificates going out to runners up.
I must stress that saftey is a priority for all events as always. The Village is sponcering this event and news and media coverage will be great. The Sheriffs dept and State police will be on hand to control boat traffic and I feel that this is an excellent oppertunity to work together with this people to prove that we are RESPONCIBLE boaters and not just a reckess bunch that make alot of noise.
If you are interested, please contact me @home

I need firm commitments ASAP
