Pickings scabs?

Do these threads ever have a happy ending? Did everyone who ordered and paid eventually get their boats?
Hard to discern from the millions of threads, which come to an abrupt ending.

It's an open message board I didn't realize you wanted a direct reply but here goes.
You more than anyone should appreciate the ability of this board to figure out right from wrong, had not one of the members caught your boat plight on film, you would be in the same place as chuck, your word against the tow company.
Chuck and I have been in the same circles for years, we met briefly at a run in Burlington Vermont. Bob/otis311 is a closer friend of mine whom I trust implicitly. Chuck first told me what was going on over 6 months back, being in the car business as well I know all too well how certain people at dealerships tend to use the dealerships money as their own and once they start padding their own pocket the dealership starts to lose profit. As the owner of the dealership stated in the article it took quite a while for it to catch on. being a hyundai dealer and hyundai being the second most desirable car over the past couple years i can also see where she would have been able to hide the money.
I know all the details as I was privy to them, but it's not my place to tell. in short I believe and 100% would trust chuck in any type of transaction, you don't have to, I'm ok with that as I'm sure he is. we cant please everyone..carry on

NO, there is no happy ending for most of us. We got an unfinished boat. Pantera agreed to a settlement then never paid. We paid for engines that we're never purchased by Pantera and many other issues. The settlement with interest is over $100k now.

Oh, I feel for you. Like most, you don't own a Pantera anymore. These threads and others must make your stomach twist and churn.

Agreed.....and I do. But before I carry on....
Thieves and liars should be hung.
It appears openly that both situations you mention have the above mentioned.
A jury of popular opinion means nothing in the real world of law. As much as I have been defended here, as a clear victim, I still have to prove it in court that they are thieves and liars.....much like chuck has to prove that he is not.
If he is innocent, why plea?
I will spend every penny I have to defend my claim that my situation is absolutely a product of their negligence. Why would someone with a definite position compromise their name out of convenience?
Again...thanks to all here that defend me relating to my boat debacle, and thanks to all that despise thieves and liars....
