Look, the way I see it is this:
Why choose one way or the other when with silent choice you can have it your way when you want. We're Americans. We want it now, we want it fast and we don't want to choose one way all the time...we want both! |
My mom loves the silent choice.....I absolutely hate it!!

How about mufflers with diesel engines,is there any?Usually there are exhaust pipes through the transom downwards,but when plaining they are above water and can be rather loud.

i had silent choice on one of my boats and i liked it until the flappers in the down pipes broke and i got water reversion . i am not sure if its a comon problem or it depends on the boat but i had the corsa quick and quite. I like my CMI switchable mufflers on my CIG.

I had silent choice when I had stock 502s, but the engine builder didn't give me a choice when I went to 540s.
