I guess it's not that bad since I only get 11-12 highway with my Dodge 1500 5.9L.

I still like the look of the Ford medium duty better...They have a 4500 at Landmark and those trucks are really nice
But the Ford has a more of a rough/badass/workhorse kind of rugged look....And almost 11 mpg is pretty good, I avg'd about 9mpg with a Cat 3126, went as low as 5 mpg hauling ass

A friend of mine just bought one with the Monroe Truck pickup bed. The actual cab sits pretty high and the interior is pretty plain. His is a crew cab and the back seat has enough room for a dance floor. He will be adding many things in the near future. The height of the bed itself is probably not much, if any, higher than the dually. I believe truck was mid 50's and he said he's getting about 18MPG. I don't think that 4WD is an option but I could be wrong. Couple negatives....the truck won't fit in a normal car wash, the chrome steps are patented from Monroe truck and are mucho dinero, and the ride sucks unless you are sitting in the driver or passenger seat with the air-ride seats. The back seat is TERRIBLE and that's even with 500# in the bed. Is a very unique truck and can probably pull about anything. Oh yeah, the receiver requires an adapter to downsize to the 2X2 receiver!

the ride i found really good. Got the same milage as ssmv-1 towing 47 gtx 75-80 mph. The passenger seat is a little tuff for the long haul but the storage underneath is great. The reciever is a class 5 which is 2 1/2" box which has a higher weight cap.
