the tab should say "instant email notification" in the edit options window within member control panel.

Yup and yup .. Im not the greatest with outlook so maybe ive got to do something there ..but oso is the only site that ignoring me

do you use the block feature in outlook?

Ive seen a block sender in the address book .. but I cant find a list for that or a way to unblock ??
