2004 Lake of the Ozarks results
Ok I know many on this board were at the Shootout this year. I am trying to find class winning speeds. If you won your class or know of class winning speeds Please add to this thread. I won the V3F2 (34 Phanton with 500 hp's) at a" Radar speed" of 83 GPS 87. I am thinking of adding power and that would put me in the V3M2 or V3P2 class. Trying to decide which class I would have a better chance at winning next year.

Re: 2004 Lake of the Ozarks results
I was turning the props in at the shootout, the next weekend we switched the motors around so I could turn the props out to get more stern lift and it porpoised really bad, I probably need different props so i can turn the props in and not get so much bow lift.

Re: 2004 Lake of the Ozarks results
The radar was off both days. Saturday it was even more off. It all has to do with the angle of the gun to the target it is measureing.
