Dana exhast?

They'll fit down to 34.5" centers out of the box. We can gain an extra 1/2" by milling off the logo plate and fly cutting the flange allowing installations on 34" center to center applications.

Re: Dana exhast?
I have bought a number of things from DMP and have been very satisfied. I am lucky in the fact that I am local (near them) and for a couple of weeks made it my stop on my way home. I went back and forth picking up parts, returning, exchanging, and waiting for parts to be powder coated as I needed them, with no hassles on anything. My boat has some custom parts that couldn't be replaced so DMP even powder coated MY parts to match, they said it would be expensive, but $95 for the finishing parts of a $100k boat, big deal...
Now do I get my free set of Gibsons???

But to clarify, yes there was some confusion on the installation and we did send him the wrong stainless bolts. We've apologized, and tried to move forward. As far as the our exhaust systems, they work very well. We've had great success in making good HP on a variety of applications. If anyone needs any technical information I'd be happy to help them. I'm sure our customer base would disagree about the comments that were made about our customer service. It's pretty simple, we're not perfect, and once and a while mistakes happen. The reality is, when you call our shop, a friendly representative answers the phone ready to assist you, our customer, no voice mail run arounds, and we have most products in stock ready for same day UPS.

We've gone over this several times, and again, we've apologized several times. You don't want to do business with us, although unfortunate, I can accept your decision. Thank you for your original interest in Dana Marine Products, and if there's anything we can assist you with in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know.

It is not about the money and that is why I told you I did not need any refund. I needed a ladder that would work on your platform. The first time I called you with the bolts not being long enough you told me to go to a hardware store. ( Not I will take care of it and I'm sorry I shipped you the wrong thing). after going to lowes and gettin longer stainless steel nuts and bolt I found out the brackets were not wide enough. I called your customer service and again and was told they could not help me since they did not make the ladder. ( not , we are sorry and will call our rep from aqua step and get it sent out as soon as possible). I than called aqua step and explained to them that your company would not take care of the problem. They apoligized for you and over nited the right brackets. I love my step and the product your company sold but you did not have ANY customer service to mention. I have been in small business my whole life relying on repaeat customers and word of mouth. I would never tell a customer to go anywhere else to correct something after I have taken there money. So I will always on this site or when asked i n person, tell about any vendor I have had dealings with ( good or bad).
It is getting a little old Gary, every time DMP starts a thread you jump in and tell your story about some bolts. I hate to be an a$$ but if I got a mail order part and it has the wrong bolts I would go to the hardware store and get the right ones without even calling them, it's just not worth the trouble or the wait to have them send them out to me. As far as the brackets, yeah it sounds like they screwed up and sent you the wrong one's but I gotta tell you there are about 1000 diffrent brackets for aquasteps, I have installed many of them and don't think I have ever used the same brackets twice most of the time we wind up making are own out of aluminum plate. You have made your point now give it a rest.

Re: Dana exhast?
Gary, I did ask for feed back on the exhaust, and don't get me wrong, I appreciate you sharing your story with me, but I am a relatively new here and even I have heard this story enough times. I think when a buisness maliciously wrongs someone then you should bang the drum like the eveready rabbit, but from what I have heard this seems like an honest mistake and as they say CHIT HAPPENS!!! They seem to have made every effort to make it right and at this point that is all they can do!!! I have already spoken to them on the phone and they spent alot of time with me answering my questions and went into great detail to explain the differences between their headers and others. At this point, (as far as the staff goes) I am comfortable with them. No one else has chimed in to beat the drum along with you and as tight knit as this sight seems to be, if they were that bad, you would not be a solo act. However I am still looking for REAL WORLD applications of the headers because that is how you find out how durable they really are!! Thanks to everyone that responded so far, and to those that hopfully will!!
