I really don't want to do anything radical - this boat is nice for what it is, but not something you want to dump a bunch of money in (at least in my opinion). A family-friendly, 65-75 mph boat - yes. A barn-burning 80 mph hot rod? Not what it is designed for or would be happy doing.

If I was planning to drop big bucks on a boat, I'd want to be damn sure I didn't want to upgrade in a year or two.
