Default Maintenance whts the best way?

Just looking for tips on maintenance. Oil changes whats better draining it out the bottom into the bilge or pumping through the dip? Any tricks or tips you have on either would be great too. Drive service, I have twin alpha's whats actually done during the drive service, what do you all recommend for a service intervall? Winterizing what does it do? Last one how much power can I safely put to the alpha's? I have sbc.

1. Installing drain hoses on your oil pans is the way to go. Stick the hose out the drain plug hole, no mess.

2. Drive service....Most importantly the alignment is checked. Change gear oil, pressure and vacuum check, lube and torque eveything to spec.

3. Winterization, most importantly keeps your engine block and othe compnents from freezing and breaking.
