YES, there are different hook ups on the shifter....

basically you move the cable to the opposite side of the shifter....


easy to do hard to explain and not knowing which shifter you have makes it harder if you have k keifer shifters very easy

just pull them up you will see they are hooked up on opposite sides just swap the way they are hooked up about 20 min max
