Default Help with plumbing an electric fuel pump.

I'm looking at swapping from a manual fuel pump to an electric Holley. My tank does not have an extra tap for a return. Can I tie into the suction of the pump?

most holley pumps dont require a return line,
are you using a dead head regulator ?

mount it as close th the tank as possible and low in the hull, also you need to suck the fuel through a filter..theirs several ways to hook it up through a regulator.call me if you would like i have several ways of doing it..

I dont know what kinda power your making...but a Holley Black (140 gph) should be enough for you...and they dont need a return line..just buy the recommended regulator. Check out Summit Racing sir.
