Those numbers would be considered a problem and too low if they are accurate and confirmed with a mechanical guage. Need real pressure confirmation and it could be a serious internal problem, a simple external plumbing or oil line routing and such done wrong at rebuild time. As I said before if you are buying it right accordingly and are prepared to do the necessary rebuilds or replacment then if you like the boat and want the boat have at it. Until the seller or yourself take the time and espense to find or fix the problem any real staements or ideas here are just WAGMARS-wild ass guesses made at random.
