Yep, gotta change the oil every year. It's nice to know that they have that "bearing" in there though. I'd suggest upgrading to a Hardin pump body and throwing away the plastic one while you're at it.

ok guys, I know I will get a TX style behind the shed beat down for this, but I'm confused by the title of this thread.

I know of the mechanical fuel pump and the sea water pump (with impeller) on the 525's, but the thread title intermingles the two. I saved that pic of the Hardin product, isnt that where the fuel filter spins on where that aluminum tubing is, below that little nipple.

If not obvious, I'm a first time 525 owner....
