I have the Corsa Captains Call on both my engines. Port engine fine. Stbd, one of the selonoids won't keep the diverter closed (quite mode) beyond a second or two. It just flips back to open mode while the other side keeps that diverter shut.

Anyone else have this happen, any ideas?

Check your ground circuits. Those suckers use a lot of current.

ive had this happen on a couple boats and ended up putting weaker spings on the selenoids. Go the the local hardware store and find something weaker - works great and has for years

You can also try adjusting the selenoid rods first

There's two different scenarios, 12v power to hold open or 12v power to hold closed. I assume your quiet mode is solenoids 12v power to close. In this case post #3 is your fix and/or they're not getting enough voltage. If your solenoids are held open with 12v power and opening when power is switched off then you'll need stiffer springs. It's easy to determine which you have, power on the ignition (engine off) and see what position drags the battery gauge down.
