Default Moisture issue

I have a old PQ ..Now I was late in the whole winterizing and have the Tyveck cover and the old but New blue tarp is sitting on it and tied down tight. To fight the moisture issue I have put some buckets with some black Charcoal in them ...I was told this works??? any idea?? or would I have any better luck with putting my dehumidifier in there when it gets warmer out??? Any ideas would help???

Cut some vent holes in the end to let the wind move through.

The wolven tarps are neither air or water tight.

A dehumidifier may do more harm than good if left on too long in a confined space. It could dry out vinyl, rubber etc. Lapse has a good idea with the fan.
