The diagnostic system will not store information like that. You might want to check the wire that runs from your starter to the breaker, make sure it is not rubbing anywhere & grounding out. I'm pretty sure it is a solid red wire, or you could just replace your breaker. the mercury part # is 11178 for the 50 amp breaker. It costs about $50 dollars. Good luck, blairjeb

I had a similar event. Mine turned out to be my Gel battery would interrmittenly ground internally.

Threw battery away. Problem went away.
