Angry Depth gauge

Installed depth gauge, works good with motor off. When motor is running depth gauge (livorsi)bounces to 500 feet and flashes, bounces all over, not accurate. Has any one had any problems with their gauge being effected by their rpm gauge. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

Is it stuck tight against the hull? Did you used epoxy to install it?

Stuck tight with epoxy. I think the other wires that the transducer wire is running against are affecting it. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem.
