Gil Exhaust Air Pump-Circa 1994?

The Gil Marine air pumps are no longer available(says Gil), since they were bought out by Corsa, about three years ago. It uses a simple male barb fitting that you push clear tubing onto, which branches out to the four(twin engine boat) air cylinders. Anyone know what pump can be used in place of the original? Anybody run into this same situation? Thanks in advance. Ed
