Cobra Marty - That's exactly right with the manifold boost numbers. 5 - 8 lbs boost. I may drop the boost to max at 5 lbs just for the outdrives sake.

Scarab28: Don't change the pulley, it's perfect; you need the boost to start as early as possible. The life of the drive has more to do with your throttle hand than the pulley. Play with props first; if you reduce WOT RPM a bit with more pitch, maximum boost is also reduced. You can't go too crazy with pitch though because of the heads and cam, (where the torque peak is.) Nice numbers, it's going to scare people.
