Default 31 wellcraft scarab viper

anyone have any information.I have a 1990 31 viper all original with 660 hours boat has twin 454s 365 mag bought last march.boat is a 10. cannot find another one anywhere that hasn't been turned into a race boat.kept in boattel all its life

I love that boat .... great classic offshore flat deck!
I used to drool on a new one at a local marina in NJ back in 1991 and you are correct I have never seen one since. Please post up some pics!

I have a 92 Viper with 800's ... shes a runner for an old resin bucket. Mid 90's and very stable ride .

My Scarab is an 89 with 454 mags, all stock and never rebuilt, with basically the same number of hours you have. I've had mine for three years now and love it! They are a big heavy boat but it handles the big water no problem at all. Mine will run ~67mph. I have the 496 manifolds and risers to add and when I rebuild the engines I am targeting the 70mph marker which should be pretty easy to do. Not sure of the exact differences between my 31 Excel and your 31 but enjoy!
