Chain O Lake boaters
Hey fellow boaters
This is my first season keep my boat at bald knob over the winter. The last day for in and out storage is the 15 of this month.
Does anyone really do any boating after the 15? are there and speed limits? Is it a good idea to just leave my boat on my trailer and launch it when I wanna go out after the 15??
Thank you

I have done some boating after the 15th. Just depends on the weather. There are no speed limits on the chain except at night, And then it's 25MPH. Im sure that they have pulled all the channel markers out so if you don't know your way around you could get into some trouble with the depth of the water. Also there are still no-wake's even if there are no markers.
If you go be careful and have a good time...
Also remember if it hits freezing for any length of time you could have problems if you have water in your engine.
