Whatever happened to the Blue and Gold 4 engine Cat?

I think the name (or at least on youtube) was Insufficient fund.

That was a cool video with the exhast out the back and sides.

We never saw much of that one. Gold Rush was every where but I think this one was before Goldrush.

Just curious.
