LIVE Broadcasting "Behind the Cameras"

Here is a little something I thought people should see.

I got up early Sunday morning and found my way to the TV Production Camp.

This will give some insight to just how big of a deal it was to make LIVE Broadcasting happen.

I wanted nothing more than to recognize these people behind the scenes that were making Offshore History.

Every one of them was very helpful with allowing me access to their playground...

Behind The Scenes Photo Album

I put the photos in a sequence that shows how the footage is captured then brought through each piece of equipment.
Such as from the cameras via the antennas to the to the receiving trailer which then processes the signals and sort of multiplexes all of the devices and sends it over to the second trailer through the sound room, editing and recording then finally pushes the signal out via satellite.
Really amazing stuff. I only wish I had the time to be there when everything was in motion LIVE.

I know you have so much to do at the races and are running in every which direction not leaving you much time to enjoy it all.

So I look forward to seeing you in February where then we can kick back and throw down some cold ones and talk about how we grew up around this sport...

As a kid, I would have never thought I would ever end up racing one of those boats. Even today, I would have never thought I would be doing what I am doing.

As I am sure you would have never even thought you would be touring the country with Turbine Offshore boats...

It's in the blood I guess....
