What's the point of a conference call? Everybody bring their A game and let's race. If some turd Cigarette or Velocity with 6's leaves the whole field , which is littered with some pretty quick , well handling boats, all season then I'm sure it will be worked out. Also, the hp required to move said turd or turds still has to last. Let's say we're talkin 800 natural. I don't see that kind of money being pumped into class 4. And if it is I'm sure the powers to be will look at and say , 3! I'm not worried. That being said, If the boat count is up and we have a purse to run for, I am in favor of bravo based only. See you all in the funny papers. Brian, Sorry to you guys on the edge, I forgot this was a SVL thread.

Just curious, when did your 41 Velocity become a 39? It was a 41 when it was listed for sale.
Its titled as a 39 footer it had 630hp motors 96mph im putting in 550hp na motors to run 85mph

I think they're is a formula that is used to measure the actual length.
I know this has been brought up before in class 5 with a couple of hulls but smitty makes the calls.
But I'm living on the edge as stated in other replies lmao.

If Smitty deems the 38 Cig or 39 Velocity (?) as OK Class 4 boats I have nothing to say but welcome to a great class!
The 41 (Apache or Velocity) is over the 40 foot rule thats in the rule book for C4
