Got my marker lenses swapped for the correct side! Also I wasn't happy with the bulbs so I swapped to Dr. LED marine bulbs.

Completely frustrated with the old trim tab wiring, I purchased the Lenco retrofit actuators and the old tab switches were FUBAR so I ordered this. Should fix me up.

Been feeling blah with a cold so I went home after work all last week and didn't get **** done. Thought I would do something different this weekend so I pulled my amp racks out cut the holes for wiring re-mouted them and the amps. I found a hydraulic cable crimper for cheap at harbour freight and it worked real nice so far. Cables are hooked at the batteries now a couple additions to stabilize the amp rack/boxes install speakers a new head unit and terminate the ends and we'll have music.

some bad news for you buddy ,those recessed bow lights are for being mounted near the bow where the curve of the hull will show both of them from dead on forward. Where your lights are mounted you can not see either of them from dead forward.

This is the style you need.

yes, but the factory ones popped out a little so the light coulld be seen from dead ahead. Without standing in front of your boat I cant tell how good those recessed ones project. I can tell you that I have read too many stories of people being killed at night because they werent seen. Idont care if my lights ugly, I just want my azz seen at night.

Point taken. I don't boat at night but if ever I do, I will change them.

Yea, I looked back at some old Pantera pics and it looks to me that the lights I have are the ones used. I do however take the point as valid because I wondered myself why the light placement was this way. They were also very dim with a standard monofilament bulb.
