Lakeside Hotel in Mt Dora, but then you'd have to go through the Dora Canal. I can't tell by the picture if it's on the run, but a couple weeks ago, the water was pretty low, and I'm not sure how deep the canal is.

Hey Guys...

Quick update.. Starting to firm some things up.

We have committed to the dates of March 10th & 11th. So mark your calendars now.

Saturday lunch stop will be at Crazy Gators in Eustis.
Ariel coverage has been setup.
Stops are being defined.

By the end of the week we should have Schedule, Dinning, and Hotel firmed up, as well as the named charity for the event. I have been in contact with two charities thus far.

We should also have our routes and stops firmed up by then.

Should also have a flyer ready to go by then to distribute around and get participation.

We will also need some volunteers to work the stops and docks. So if you can't make the run, but would like to participate please let me know.

Also, last but not least, one of our own was hit pretty hard during these storms, which is just another reason we should do this.

More to come...

Hey Cuda...

Lakeside would be on top of my list, however the waterlevel is very low and I would not recoomend anyone try and pass it with anything larger then say 22' give or take.

I wanted to do that as part of the fun run on Sunday, but not at these levels. The water is coming up, so we will have to see where we are the week of the run..

You gonna make it down?

Jack
