The sponsors actually pay for the event and things are tight for them as well.

Count me in. If we can do something on the upper side of the Mehdal dam I can probably get permission to park trucks and trailer at a friends camp ground which has a ramp as well as restraunt. We could run to Manchester islands. He also may allow some weekend camping for a small fee. The water is usually nicer on the upper side and the river is wider and deeper.

Something in the early fall would be cool, Byron

I would like to make a run close to home on the river. The long hauls are killing me. This year i'm putting more in the truck than the boat. Something not right with that picture.

We keep talking about doing that and it never happens. My fault for working to much. Going to Emerald Coast PR and then maybe Lake Cumberland for races and then Poker Run if I can find a place to lock it up down there and not drag it home on the way back from Florida. If your not going to Cumberland maybe we'll do to Erie instead.
