Perko (battery) switch
Powerquest mounted the Perko switch under the rear deck cover. With the switch being mounted there, it is really useless. Think about it, if you turn your batteries off, then you can't lower the cover! Is this normal for PQ?

In my PQ there under the rear bench - no problem. In my eliminator it is the same way as yours. But I have a access hole behind the bench cushion that I can reach through and turn it on. Depending on the hatch ram you have you may be able to lift the hatch up - heavy - to access too.

Julio,
I bought a 2000 in November. I am currently in the process of running dual batteries. I mounted the switch in the storage area on the starboard side. This is very much a pain in the butt to run battery cables that long, but I agree with you - it's virtually useless to have the battery switch in the engine compartment.
