The one at Shogren is essentially spotless... I contacted them and they have a few people interested in it with a few coming in today to look at it, so it may be gone by then. Plus, that ones out of my price range @ $39k. My original budget was $20k, but I quickly learned that at that price point I'll be purchasing a project in the size/speed that I want, so I increased it to $25k-$28k, so even the one at $33k is still over my budget, but what's another $5k spread over payments... lol.
