Default Prop Suggestions

Looking to get the most out of my stock 502 in a 2000 260 Legend SX. I'm currently running a 23P with no work done to it. Turning about 5200 RPM's. I'm considering going to a 25P and have it worked. Any suggestions to get the most out of it? Thought about a 4 blade 24, but want to get the most on the top end. I have no problems in the low range, just want to gain a couple MPHs on the top end. Any help is appreciated. Also, any suggestions on who to deal with? I'm in Central New York and don't have a problem doing business with a well know business online, but finding somebody locally is preferred. Anybody do much business with Stern Drive Specialists on Oneida Lake?

I really could use some feedback on this. I want to get the process in motion so I have the best prop ready for the season. Anyone?

A 24 4 blade will give you better all around performance,it will
lift the stern and keep the nose of the boat down,if you have any kind of chine walking it will also help with that.
the downside is you will loose 1 to 2 mph at top end.
the 25 mirage plus will drop the rpms down 200 to 250
will take a little longer to plane out and might be sluggish at midrange acceleration.you will gain about 2mph at top end.

good luck

Thanks BoatNT! Any suggestions on a supplier, or just search for the best price online?
