Not an expert, but I understand spinning "in" will lift boat better for top speed. I know on V hulls, the handling around the docks suffers. Don't know on Cats. Hope that helps some.
My 2 cents worth

Cats vary from hull to hull as far as their preference and the operators preference. Speed is most often aquired from outward rotation with true cats in the mid length sizes.

Inward rotation leverages the transon and creates bow lift. Outward rotation will lift the stern.

As you change the engine height, stability and handle also determine rotation.

If they are out and it is a new boat, leave them that way till you get a bunch of seat time and handling knowledge.

To answer your ? Every identical boat is different.

Cleavers are common on cats. Stern drive props can be a great option for guys looking for better mid range and load carrying ability. Specifically the Bravo 1 vented and Labbed props.

$ blade OB cleavers are a good compromise for using a cleaver and still desiring the better load carrying than the 3 blade cleavers. Also they have great acceleration. 3 blade cleavers will most always give the biggest top end number on a hull such as yours.

Only have Bravo 1's right now. May have some OB cleavers soon.
