Need MEFI 3 ECU

I'm in need of a used (preferably) MEFI 3 ECU. The fuel pump relay enable on mine is dead and I don't think anyone "fixes" them that I can find. I may do a MEFI 4 ECU if needed, but would rather not...

I generally dyno because you'll be able to tune it and seat the rings properly as well as ensure your cam has had a a good break in procedure. You can also see where peak torque is etc...

We've used Jesel for many years on our road race engines with zero problems, Daytona 24 hour, World Challenge, Grand Am, blah blah. I don't have any experience with T&D.
