Your F-350 should have a "D" plate on it based on the GVW and yes both the truck and trailer need stickers, regardless of what plate is on the truck. Wally's research says this and I know...

Actually if your truck is under 8000 lbs, but is the "towing vehicle" it will need to be inspected also. Found that out the same way you found out about the trailer inspection. I used to have a "B"...
