Ah-Ha!
Found the culprit this weekend.
Apparently, for some unexplained reason, the float in the bowl was filled with fuel.
No floaty!

I am going to pull the needle out and give it a good blow :evilb: !
I don't think tapping it will work, since I had already loosened up the bowl and jiggled the float.
No luck there.

Here is what I have:
The fuel is poring out from the jests located right behind the bowl vent tubes, not the circular fuel supplies in the main body of the carb.

My port motor will fire up briefly, then, as the fuel bowls fill with fuel, it dies out, flooding I'm...
