Shoot me a pic if you can. It might just be a leaking bushing seal. Jan (Lightning) is only an hour and a half from us and will presure check older headers (or new). If they're not stainless headers...

Preassure check is a WHOLE lot cheaper than the alternative if you let them go.

How old are your headers? Could be tome to pull them and get them pressure tested.
