They just lowered the seat bottom not the whole seat.
If you do this on a 24 the seat will no longer swivel away without hitting the floor.

If low to mid 70's is not fast enough then a single 500-550Hp I/O is the way to go.

Standing and driving a 21sb is not an option.

My 1997 24' SB streight bottom ran 65-67mph with a 310HP 7.4MPI and 74-76mph with a 415HP 502MagMPI.
If that is not fast enough, 500HP gets you 80-82mph.
