You dont have to worry about finding Merc trannys because you probably wont. Very obsolete.
Go with the BW velvet drive. They're available EVERYWHERE.

You'll just need a couple rebuilt trannys, bell housings & coolers, etc. to set it up for the TRS. That costs around $2500.
For Bravos, you'll need to glass/recut the transom, buy gimbals, drives,...
