Here's a map showing the route of the run with some detail of Naples Bay and the docks at Bayfront and the Cabana. Distances and waypoints are approximate.

Not sure where you are coming from in Charlotte Harbor, but according to Google Earth, the rally point at Sanibel Harbor is about 48 mi from Burnt Store Marina. Gordon's Pass to Naples Bay is another...
